Shipping policy

Items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

All orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post and include a tracking number for your convenience.


Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, lost, or stolen during transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the courier directly using the details provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Please note:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information (including address and contact details) is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address.

If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect details or an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be recharged all shipping expenses to resend the parcel.


At LUKI.LABEL, we’re proud to use biodegradable and compostable satchels to help reduce waste sent to landfill. Our courier, Sendle, also provides a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service to further reduce environmental impact.

Pre-Order Policy

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives.

Pre-order arrival dates are listed in each product description and are an estimated timeframe only.


If you would like to receive non–pre-order items sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Otherwise, all items will be sent together once the pre-order stock is ready to ship.
